The Detailed Report displays time tracking details on a day-by-day basis in a table that can be grouped by day, user, project/client, and work type. The report can also be exported in PDF, CSV, and Excel formats. Admins can use the Detailed Report to go through time entries with a fine-tooth comb using our Audit feature or as an attachment to client invoices.
A Detailed Report can be created by selecting the New detail report definition button in the Reports workspace and choosing a model. Then select a column to feature in the Detailed Report and a report layout to determine how the data is displayed. Admins can edit and delete time entries others have made on a Detailed Report (regular members can only edit or delete their own). The Detailed Report is available to all models and can be found by hovering over the Report button in the primary Clockify sidebar.
